Farm in July (part 2)

i can't wait for my first visit to the farm. it looks lovely. gretta - how do you keep flowers alive for that long when you're not there to water it? we're struggling with our window box and have only been gone a week! becca

Those flowers are a miracle - but being bulbs, I suppose they just lived absorbing what water they could. maybe they bloom every year - we don't usually go at that time of year. Sam, - yellow walls are vv happy. I don't mind them being re-painted, but 1st must come the renovated section, then the new -ish bedroom sectionb, which is v thirsty for new paint.

v excited about seeing the farm! will we be doing a few projects while we are there?

b and i are keen to pop down to melbourne while we are that far south as well. mark and tara have kindly offered to have us stay there. are we alone in wanting to go to melbs?
